So I know this isn't great, but I have been trying new things in photoshop lately. I want to perfect inserting images into different backgrounds. Does anyone have any advice? Hope you enjoy my first attempt.

zoom in more and if you don't know some blur pixels if you need to kut them or not just cut them, otherwise you will have the problem of wite (or black) line @ the ends of your body, becarefull on the shadows and contrast of two images (this is the most important to blend them well).
