honestly, doing cardio and abs 3-4 times a week and eating healthy...mostly chicken and vegetables...it sounds boring but produces great results...

for how long do you do cardio and ab work outs? i cant eat chicken cause im vegitarian, what is the alternative to that kind of diet? more vegitables im assuming.
